Dan is a lifelong resident of Dutchess County having graduated from Marist College in 1966. Upon Graduation he joined Ellis, Hickey & Finn Insurance where he remained until 1983 when he and Bob Finn formed Hickey-Finn & Company Inc. Community service has always been important to Dan who over the years has been a trustee of Marist College, Northern Dutchess Hospital, New Horizons Resources, American Cancer Society, Our Lady of Lourdes and The United Way of Dutchess County.

Bob graduated from Marist in 1966 and worked as a Finance Administrator until 1968 when he joined Ralph Ellis as an Aetna life insurance agent. In 1983 Bob and Dan Hickey formed Hickey-Finn & Co. and continue to serve the insurance needs of this community. Bob specializes in Corporate Life Insurance, Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance. He also has an extensive knowledge of workers compensation and liability audits paying close attention to payroll classifications and industry specific areas of savings. Bob gives back to the community in many ways not the least of which is serving on the board of directors and treasurer of Grace Smith House. With his knowledge and keen sense of finance he also serves on other boards as treasurer. He enjoys golf and spending time with family which includes 8 grandchildren.

Donna started her career as a Prudential agent earning several company and industry awards for marketing and service. She was invited to join the Hickey-Finn team in 1988, and eagerly accepted the opportunity to broaden her markets and to work with her good friends Dan Hickey and Bob Finn. She worked closely with each of them to learn the commercial property and casualty business and loves every aspect of it. She also specializes in Long Term Care Insurance and Life Insurance but is knowledgeable in many other areas of insurance. Donna believes strongly in providing exceptional service. When she is not working she gives her time to Grace Smith House, a local shelter for victims of domestic violence. She has actively served on their board for 13 years. She also volunteers for local community theatres and enjoys time with her family. When she finds time for herself she enjoys hiking, cycling and reading.

Vicki began he insurance career in out as a temp with Crum and Forster in 1984. She worked her way up the ranks and became a rating specialist and trainer. She joined Hickey-Finn in 1994 and is now in charge of commercial lines service. She loves to cook and is an avid reader.

Michele joined the agency in 2001 after 10 years with an insurance agency in Westchester. Her ability to work directly with insurance companies and underwriters guarantees our customers get the right coverage and the right price. Michele lives in LaGrange with her husband and three children. When not at work, chances are she’s enjoying her family, watching one of her children’s sporting events or boating on the lake.

Bill joined Hickey-Finn in 2002 after graduating from Marist College. He was initially hired as a personal lines specialist but has since broadened his expertise into the small and mid size commercial market. He is currently the secretary treasurer for the largest word of mouth, referral based business in the world, BNI. When he’s not spending time with his wife and three children, Bill enjoys playing Texas Hold’em and Fantasy Football.

Justin joined Hickey Finn in 2004 after 2 years working for an insurance carrier. He splits his time servicing personal lines customers and managing claims. Justin believes, when a loss occurs, our clients deserve compassion and prompt attention from Hickey Finn and the carriers we represent. Justin was recently married and enjoys playing the guitar, watching football and spending time with family and friends.

She joined the agency in 2009 and along with her duties as receptionist she provides support for both the commercial lines and personal lines service teams. When she’s not at work she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
